Upon invitation by the Japan Austria Science Exchange Center (JASEC) of the TU Wien, I delivered a lecture on
System change science & the indispensability of excellent interdisciplinarity
The lecture touches upon the complexity of balancing environmental pressure and societal needs, the four categories of system change measures, and the type of knowledge and knowledge creation required to guide the transformation process. Identified most wanted skills for system change science are empathy and the ability to create and maintain safe spaces for inclusive and diverse teams.
